Executive Coaching
Emily’s approach to executive coaching involves elements of both traditional training and coaching. Coaching sessions are an interactive process where Emily partners with leadership to direct the session. Training is integrated to establish individual and corporate learning and application.
Through coaching and training, Emily helps business owners and leaders in business develop an acute awareness of God's involvement in their lives and business operations. She brings prophetic and biblical strategies to help navigate daily decisions and future planning, aligning the practical with the spiritual. She desires to see clients mature and thrive in their personal relationship with Jesus and to see the fruit of the Spirit manifest in their business.
Executive coaching sessions are in-person, a minimum of two hours in length and Emily recommends a monthly schedule. Emily is available for full or half business day service which can incorporate 1:1 personal sessions with leadership and/or employees. All 1:1 sessions with men require a listening third party for the protection of the individual and Emily.

Personal Coaching
Before God's children can step into the ministry of God’s heart for us, we must develop confidence in our alignment with His heart. Personal coaching is focused on seeking the heart of the Father to reveal any places in a clients life that are out of alignment, and His divine order for how to establish a renewed alignment. Coaching sessions often involve confession, repentance, deliverance, ministering and strategic direction to continue growing in the intimacy of relationship with Jesus.
If you’re new to prayer coaching, Emily recommends scheduling your initial session and a second session 2-3 weeks after. The time between is designed to allow you to process and apply all God did in the session. Most clients identify a fair amount of questions and experience awarenesses from God within those 2-3 weeks. Coaching sessions occur over the phone.
